Refunds & Returns Policy

At RISE, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items damaged due to normal wear or misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos

  • We’ll sort it quickly (replacement or refund)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order
